Kontra Kaso provides an automated counter affidavit generation service that creates legal documents based on information you provide. Our service:

• Generates counter affidavit documents in PDF and Word formats
• Follows Philippine legal document formatting standards
• Provides templates and guidance for legal document preparation
• Offers secure payment processing through licensed payment providers

Service Limitations

What We Do

• Generate document templates based on your input
• Format documents according to Philippine court standards
• Provide general information about counter affidavit requirements

What We Don't Do

• Provide legal advice or attorney-client relationships
• Guarantee legal outcomes or court acceptance
• Represent you in legal proceedings
• Practice law or provide attorney services

Payment Terms

• Payment of ₱999 per counter affidavit document
• Payment processed securely through Xendit payment gateway
• No refunds after document generation and delivery
• Free revisions within 24 hours of initial delivery
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include applicable taxes

Intellectual Property

The Kontra Kaso platform, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you provide and the documents we generate for you.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Review generated documents before use
• Seek appropriate legal counsel when needed
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws

Limitation of Liability

Kontra Kaso provides document preparation services “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any legal outcomes, court decisions, or consequences resulting from the use of our generated documents. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in Philippine courts with jurisdiction over our business location.
